Design and build production websites end to end, covering UX, UI, front-end build, responsive layout and analytics. Built and published a case study on designing and building a local AI workstation, using AI tools across the research, prototyping and build.

Designed user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and handover specifications across the Skills Suite as it grew from one product to five. Built and maintained the design system library, over 3,000 components and variants. Produced 20+ product videos, pitch decks and web content supporting adoption, growth and investor acquisition.

Designed and delivered new features for a complex B2B SaaS platform in property repairs and maintenance, improving workflows across multiple user roles. Optimised usability through research, testing and flow redesign. Standardised design and validation processes and worked closely with product managers and engineers, supporting client acquisition through demo prototypes.

Redesigned every screen of a complex DevOps platform, 14 top-level sections with nested tabbed views, improving usability and simplifying workflows for technical users through clearer information architecture. Defined site maps, user flows and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, reducing friction in key user tasks and demonstrating concepts to the team.

Independent design consultancy working with early-stage startups on digital product and brand between contracts. Designed interfaces, marketing material and motion content, covering UI screens, interactive prototypes and animated promotional assets. Tools: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Blender 3D and Sketch.

Designed and delivered wireframes, working prototypes, copy and final UI specifications for web and mobile applications, supplying the development team with iOS, Android and web assets through InVision and Zeplin. Built and maintained the DSM library, improving consistency across client projects. Contributed to design sprints and field user testing run by the product team.

Independent design consultancy delivering visual solutions for emerging startups. Delivered logos, posters, digital interfaces and marketing material for early-stage startups, spanning identity, web and print. Tools: Adobe Suite, Blender 3D and Microsoft Office.

Developed artwork for Dining Club Group, an employee benefits company. Designed banners, email campaigns, landing pages and presentations for three brands in the group: tastecard, Gourmet Society and hi-life. Tools: Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.

Redesigned the website and mobile experience for an online fashion retailer, covering icons, banners, navigation and the checkout flow across devices. Built interactive prototypes and ran Monetate tests for qualitative analysis, iterating designs based on user feedback. Created standardised templates to IT guidelines and documented the redesign in full.

Led and mentored a four-member design team, and filled an unexpected vacancy as Acting Head of Design for four months. Delivered a full company rebrand covering website redesign, logo, UX/UI enhancement and new brand guidelines. Built working prototypes from sketches and wireframes, ran A/B testing, and standardised templates for the design team.
