At Ocado Technology, I own end-to-end UX for seven complex product areas, including homepage, personalisation, guest checkout, refunds and external couriers. I turn fragmented workflows into cohesive, scalable design patterns.
I've partnered with Product and Engineering leadership from discovery through delivery, established research and rapid-prototyping practices, and mentored two graduate designers through their first end-to-end projects. Previously at Screening Eagle Technologies, I built and scaled a web and iOS design system and introduced DesignOps processes to reduce handoff friction.
