What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve real user problems through technology and design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and create efficient, user-centred solutions that improve business outcomes.

At Ocado Technology, I own end-to-end UX for seven complex product areas, including homepage, personalisation, guest checkout, refunds and external couriers. I turn fragmented workflows into cohesive, scalable design patterns.

I've partnered with Product and Engineering leadership from discovery through delivery, established research and rapid-prototyping practices, and mentored two graduate designers through their first end-to-end projects. Previously at Screening Eagle Technologies, I built and scaled a web and iOS design system and introduced DesignOps processes to reduce handoff friction.

With 15 years across product, UX/UI, visual, brand and graphic design, I bring an international perspective shaped by work with teams and clients across Spain, Australia, the UK, Poland, Singapore, the US, Bolivia and Vietnam. I use design thinking, agile methods and user research to create efficient solutions that support people and business strategy.
