What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, business systems, and performance improvement work that connects dashboards, ERP/data, automation, customer service, revenue, margin, and accountable execution.

I'm leading day-to-day operations at CAPO Supply, where I launched a second branch in about four weeks and modernized IntegraSoft ERP workflows, pricing data, dashboards, and automation.

Previously, as General Manager at YESCO Electrical Supply, I helped grow revenue from approximately $20M to more than $40M while improving margins. I expanded eCommerce through API/SaaS integrations, built a 500K+ SKU catalog across 100+ manufacturers, and grew online sales to 9% of total revenue.

Across distribution, construction, manufacturing, and technology, I've built practical systems connecting KPIs, forecasting, customer operations, data, and accountability. My background also includes digital transformation, ISO and compliance initiatives, product leadership, and cross-functional team development.
