I’m an operations leader with 13+ years of experience driving organizational strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across enterprise organizations. I translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes by building high-performing teams, scalable operating models, and KPI-driven decision frameworks.

In my current role as a general manager, I direct enterprise operations across multiple business functions to improve organizational performance and customer outcomes. I partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Project Management, and Customer Support leadership to prioritize initiatives, resolve execution challenges, and deliver strategic objectives.

I develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting that enable data-driven decision-making and stronger alignment across stakeholders. I also lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, standardize workflows, and strengthen collaboration across departments.

I’m energized by AI-enabled operations—leveraging AI to streamline reporting, documentation, executive communications, and operational workflows to increase efficiency and decision velocity. Across my leadership and consulting work, I’ve built Voice of Customer feedback loops, created customer lifecycle workflows, and delivered process automation that improves both support costs and customer satisfaction.
