I’m looking for a role where I can support end users while growing into cybersecurity work—SIEM monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability assessment—within a team that values clear documentation, escalation, and continuous learning.

I’m an IT Support Specialist with a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, support end users, and maintain efficient IT operations. I resolve 15+ support tickets daily, working across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, account access, and network connectivity while documenting steps and resolutions in ticketing systems.

I’m CompTIA Security+ certified (SY0-701) and progressing toward CompTIA CySA+, with hands-on experience monitoring and triaging SIEM alerts, supporting firewall configuration, conducting vulnerability assessments, and contributing to incident response processes. I’m motivated to continuously expand my technical knowledge, embrace new challenges, and improve security through practical analysis and user-focused awareness.
