I am a CompTIA-certified cybersecurity professional with nearly two decades of IT support experience and hands-on work with SIEM tools, malware analysis, and automation. I combine practical incident analysis skills with strong customer-service and operational experience from retail and technical support roles.

I've implemented a home lab using Wazuh as a SIEM, TheHive for case management, and Shuffle for SOAR to practice threat detection and response. I hold CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) and the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, and I routinely apply tools such as TCPDump, Wireshark, EDR, IDS/IPS and various scripting languages to investigate and automate security tasks.

I seek roles where I can leverage my deep troubleshooting background, SIEM and incident-analysis skills, and automation abilities to strengthen security operations while continuing hands-on learning and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
