I focus on technical data and systems support, turning messy workflows into organized, reliable processes. I’m comfortable working across documentation, validation, and operational communication to keep systems accurate and easy to review.

I built and maintained a weekly driver payment tracking system that records trip details, mileage, pay amounts, balances, payment status, and deductions. I improved a manual Google Sheets tracker into a database-backed web application with automated pay calculations and Excel export capability to reduce repetitive spreadsheet work and support cleaner reporting.

I also supported day-to-day operations by reviewing payment entries for accuracy and handling the practical side of delivery—organized documentation, printing, email communication, and professional phone communication. Earlier, I promoted into an Assistant Manager role after consistently meeting expectations, supporting daily team operations, training, scheduling, and customer follow-ups.

On the project side, I led a student team developing a Healthy Recipe Database for potential use by the City Health Department, coordinating timelines, documentation, and database content through presentation. I’ve also worked on a Python-based machine-learning stock research project, structuring outputs to make data, news summaries, and decision support easier to interpret.
