I’m looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional operations, optimize workflows, and use analytics to improve KPIs and SLAs. I want to grow client relationships and ensure compliance while supporting high-performing teams.

I’m a business development and operations professional with 10+ years across healthcare, insurance, and compliance environments. I bring medical terminology expertise, veterinary technician experience, and multi-team leadership to improve how work gets done.

In my most recent role as a New Business Coordinator, I streamlined communication between brokers, carriers, and sales teams to support new business growth. I built an operational manual to improve execution of group enrollments and analyzed market trends to uncover new opportunities.
