I’m looking for a customer-focused hospitality role where I can deliver seamless guest experiences, solve problems quickly, and support event or service operations—especially in fast-paced environments where great communication and service standards matter.

I’m a Customer Experience professional with 7+ years of success providing exceptional service, managing customer needs, and creating seamless interactions in fast-paced environments. I’m skilled in hospitality, luxury events, and personalized service, and I focus on anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and delivering thoughtful solutions.

Since May 2024, I’ve worked as a Caterer/Server/Brand Ambassador, delivering high-level guest experiences at large scale events of 900+ attendees while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. I coordinate seamless setup and takedowns, adapt quickly to changing event requirements, and communicate event details clearly to guests while addressing questions and special requests professionally.

Previously, I served as a Bartender/Server at Carla Hell’s Kitchen (Aug 2023–May 2024) and as a Bartender/Server/Barista at Ruby’s Cafe / Little Rubys (Sep 2022–Aug 2023). I helped guests make informed menu decisions through recommendations, multitasked between serving and making cocktails, used POS systems to process orders and payments accurately, and consistently fixed guest concerns promptly while building repeat relationships through confident upselling.
