At Prometric, I manage readiness assessments for global test center sites across multiple clients, validating infrastructure, operating systems, and licensing before production launch. I’m currently the sole owner of one major client’s site portfolio while also supporting inherited team workload, without a drop in SLA performance.
I recovered 7–8 Paragon (CELPIP/CAEL) sites that had breached the standard 45-day SLA, taking each from Stage 2–3 through Stage 8 completion and back into compliance. I also achieved 100% SLA compliance across owned and inherited sites in May and June 2026.
I built a three-stage Excel reporting cycle to track site and candidate registration ahead of testing days, and used Power Query to prepare registration data for a Salesforce-integrated reporting pipeline. I also verify technical specifications for incoming LSAC sites and support the ASE Prolauncher upgrade rollout.
