Looking for a Talent Acquisition role where I can drive meaningful hiring, partner with stakeholders, and make a real impact on talent decisions.

I've driven technology and business consulting recruitment at Accenture Solutions, hiring across Enterprise Advisory and platforms including Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Technology.

I partner with hiring managers, business leaders, sourcing teams, and vendors to define hiring strategy, manage pipelines, run recruitment drives, and close roles from entry-level through leadership. I've also conducted HR interviews, offer discussions, and salary negotiations while owning candidate experience through onboarding.

My earlier work in recruitment coordination and HR internships built my foundation in screening, interview coordination, employee referrals, reporting, vendor engagement, and talent attraction. I'm expanding my impact through ISB's AI in Business programme, with a focus on AI, business transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
