I’m currently an Information Technology Intern where I handle installing and setting up PC hardware and software, helping with operating system installation, and configuring basic display equipment like projectors. I also assist with security camera installation and provide basic IT support and troubleshooting, with a practical focus on getting issues resolved quickly.

Before this, I built strong customer-facing experience as a Call Center Agent and a Customer Service Agent, working with cold calling, sales, and customer support. I’m comfortable communicating clearly, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting accurate data entry—so I can combine technical support with a service-first mindset.
