What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine hands-on IT help desk/technical support with accurate customer data handling—troubleshooting devices and networks, supporting users day-to-day, and maintaining reliable documentation and records.

I’m an IT support professional with experience across technical support, help desk operations, troubleshooting, and remote data entry support in healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications, and retail environments. I bring a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a strong foundation in computer systems, networking basics, and software support.

In my current role as a Remote Data Entry Specialist, I manage and update digital records with accuracy and confidentiality, process and verify customer and prescription-related information, and collaborate with my team to resolve data discrepancies. Previously, I supported store systems (POS, registers, scanners, and networking devices) and handled customer technical inquiries through calls and tickets—installing, configuring, maintaining hardware and software, and documenting basic networking troubleshooting.
