Across account, office, and customer service management roles, I've combined commercial focus with hands-on operational leadership. At Key Health Solutions, I led a team of 25+ people, managed recruitment and training, monitored KPIs and SLAs, handled client relationships, and prepared business tenders and medical device proposals.

At Jay Shetty Certification School, I initiated new relationships, provided strategic support to leadership, and developed analytical community-growth strategies for alumni programmes.

I've progressed from bar staff to Shift Manager at JD Wetherspoons and from Helpdesk staff to Account Manager at SPIE. I bring clear communication, staff and account management, performance management, and a practical approach to streamlining procedures, policies, reporting, and customer service.
