I am an aspiring physicist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of the West Indies, with a strong foundation in scientific principles and analytical problem-solving. I combine academic training with hands-on customer-facing and administrative experience.

I have delivered online customer support and managed client communications, booked travel itineraries, assisted with diagnostic medical procedures, and overseen bar operations including staffing, inventory control, and scheduling. I am proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Shopify, HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Zoom, and Slack, and I bring strong data-entry and documentation skills to every role.
