I am a public service–oriented hospitality professional who prioritizes guest satisfaction and long-term rapport through genuine service. I bring hands-on experience across front-desk, night audit, and guest service roles in hotel environments.

I have worked as a Front Desk Night Auditor at Residence Inn – Roxbury, where I guided guests through check-in/out, updated guest profiles in Opera, handled payments securely, and prepared accurate shift reports. Previously I served as a Guest Service Agent at Courtyard By Marriott – Brookline, managing customer calls, troubleshooting account complaints, and processing payments.

I also have recent experience as a Mail Carrier with the United States Post Office, driving delivery vehicles, interacting with the public, handling sensitive correspondence, and protecting packages from theft. These roles strengthened my customer-facing communication, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.
