At Omni Fiber, I managed roughly 40 concurrent FTTH projects across nine municipalities and four vendors, coordinating delivery from permitting through construction, splicing, closeout, and operational handoff.

I directed AI-assisted development of a Google Apps Script and Sheets platform integrating Quickbase, Drive, and Gemini across 453 projects and 22,707 production records. The platform added reconciliation, failure recovery, trigger monitoring, and responsive interfaces while reducing meeting research from 6–8 hours to 2 hours.

At Centric Fiber, I built L-FIT and a barcode/provisioning application that replaced fragmented manual work with structured data, standardized workflows, duplicate controls, and technician-ready interfaces. I also trained eight employees and turned field knowledge into systems that continued operating after my departure.

Earlier at Apple, I coached a 40-person technical team and developed a nationwide remote team of 25+ advisors, using performance data and targeted coaching to improve customer satisfaction by approximately 15% and contribute to approximately 10% greater revenue.
