What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex infrastructure, network modernization, capacity planning, and technology transformation programs where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery tradeoffs, and build scalable execution processes.

At Spectrum, I lead enterprise network modernization programs spanning capacity planning, hardware availability, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery. I own a $5M annual portfolio and coordinate execution across a 15-FTE engineering organization.

Previously, I launched a $10M+ infrastructure initiative, supported 1,411+ new-fiber expansion clusters tied to $300M+ in grant funding, and led a hardware lifecycle program projected to save $9M+. I also build scalable planning workflows, including a Power App that reduced multi-day analysis to minutes.
