What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an operations-focused role where I can contribute logistics coordination, inventory management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills within a collaborative team environment.

I've supported ecommerce and warehouse operations at GCU Lope Shops and The Duck Company, managing inventory, shipping, sample fulfillment, and cross-team coordination in fast-paced environments.

At GCU Lope Shops, I processed 60–75 daily shipments and up to 300 during sales events, managed student workers and customer service operations, and coordinated up to 800 student care packages six times per academic year. I also analyzed sales trends and transaction records to support decision-making.

At The Duck Company, I manage warehouse and sample operations, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, maintain purchase-order and tracking documentation, and support weekly distribution of approximately 100 samples per sales representative.
