At Belgotex, I project managed a greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production and Warehouse. I managed delivery from initiation and planning through UAT, training, change management and go-live.

At NTT DATA, I led test planning and execution for Aspen’s S/4HANA migration, defining approaches for unit, functional, OQ and PQ testing. I managed SAP Solution Manager testing, defect processes and GxP compliance.

Across roles at Lemongrass, GlaxoSmithKline and other organisations, I managed SAP estate migrations to AWS Cloud and SAP implementation testing. My work has also included PMO governance, cutover planning and improving change and release processes.
