I seek senior SAP program/project leadership roles driving global S/4HANA transformations, QA and PMO delivery—leading cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

I am a Senior SAP Program & Project Manager with 20+ years' experience leading global SAP transformations, S/4 HANA deployments, upgrades and template roll-outs across Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and Energy sectors.

I specialise in end-to-end program delivery covering project, test, change, configuration, release and service level management, having led over 15 full lifecycle implementations and multiple validation phases (IQ, OQ, PQ). I have managed large distributed test teams and ensured regulatory compliance in heavily regulated industries.

I coach and lead PMO and test teams, apply DASM, Prince2 and ITIL approaches, and leverage tools such as SAP Solution Manager, LoadRunner, QTP and Quality Center to deliver projects on time, to budget and to quality standards.
