What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support customers, manage daily operations, build loyalty, and contribute through clear communication, sales support, and reliable service.

I've supported customers and daily operations at Plush Auto Detailing, Vine Finishes Limited, Ruaka Express Carwash and Service, and Smartlens Photography. My work spans customer inquiries, sales, bookings, payments, inventory, and quality service delivery.

At Vine Finishes, I served 30+ customers daily, processed point-of-sale transactions, supported online sales, and created photo and video content for social media marketing. At Ruaka Express Carwash, I trained staff, scheduled bookings, handled customer concerns, managed inventory, and met monthly sales targets through follow-up and persuasive communication.
