I’m looking for a fast-paced customer service or operations role where I can resolve high-volume cases, document accurately in CRM, and follow compliance and data privacy standards—while continuously improving quality, communication, and customer outcomes.

I’m a detail-oriented customer service and operations professional with hands-on experience in call center environments, customer support, and high-volume task management. I’m known for reviewing information accurately, applying company guidelines, and maintaining quality standards even under pressure.

In my customer service roles, I managed inbound and outbound calls, investigated complaints, and resolved user concerns while following compliance and data protection procedures. I document interactions and case resolutions in CRM systems, ensuring every issue is tracked clearly and escalated appropriately when needed.

I’ve also supported revenue and customer needs through sales-focused work, including accurate POS transactions, customer issue resolution, inventory monitoring, and daily sales reporting with cash reconciliation.
