I've built, tested and deployed lifecycle messaging across 24 EMEA markets for Disney+ using Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hand-coded HTML email and GDPR-conformant analytics. At Barclays, I delivered multi-channel retail banking campaigns to brand, regulatory and governance standards.

At Informa Tech, I took the AI Summit from 10% ticket sales to sold out in four weeks through acquired-audience targeting and continuous testing. I also owned email strategy, delivery, QA and reporting for AI, IoT and Quantum Computing marketing.

Earlier at ICAEW, I ran email operations for 150,000 members and 20,000 students, building membership journeys, trigger automations, segmentation and renewal campaigns while driving engagement and retention above industry benchmark. Through my advisory practice, I cover CRM governance, Consumer Duty communications evidence and post-acquisition data consolidation.
