What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and optimise customer journeys, email automation, deliverability, and lifecycle campaigns, while partnering with stakeholders and helping marketing teams get more value from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email platforms.

I've improved BeInCrypto's email open rates from 23% to 43% by making content more engaging and dynamic, while improving IP and domain reputation across multilingual campaigns. I owned email automation, segmentation, reporting, deliverability, B2B and B2C campaigns, and managed editors and email marketers across international business units.
