I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end employee lifecycle work—onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HRIS accuracy—while using engagement and turnover analytics to improve employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

I’m an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience in onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. I’ve served as the point of contact for new hires and exiting employees—conducting orientation sessions, facilitating exit interviews, and supporting a smooth employee experience from start to finish.
