I’m looking for an HR Operations/Shared Services role where I can own employee lifecycle work—especially offboarding and HRIS transactions—while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement in a high-volume environment.

I’m an HR Operations professional with 3+ years of experience in global Shared Services across EMEA and APAC. I own end-to-end offboarding and exit processing, handling voluntary & involuntary terminations, RIF cases, death cases, and contract closures while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
