I’m looking for an HR Operations role where I can own the employee lifecycle, strengthen employee relations, and drive HR compliance with clear dashboards, strong stakeholder partnership, and continuous process improvement.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 8+ years of experience across HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and HR compliance across India and UK employment frameworks. I’m known for managing sensitive cases with discretion while streamlining HR processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

In recent roles, I’ve owned end-to-end onboarding, induction, and offboarding, drafted and validated employment contracts and HR correspondence, and supported compliance through policy development and documentation. I also generate HR dashboards and reports for people analytics, handle family-friendly leave entitlements, represent the HR function in formal employee relations meetings, and contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace through active POSH committee participation.
