I'm pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota while supporting research on leadership development, training transfer, and organizational performance.
As a Graduate Research Assistant, I conduct literature reviews, data analysis, research documentation, survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis. I collaborate with faculty, staff scientists, and graduate students across departments.
I've also worked in Indonesia's government human resource development field for nearly 18 years, bringing experience in policy evaluation, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and report writing.
