What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role supporting postgraduate learners in a Master of Management program.

At CICD/INTRAX, I supported students, staff, clients, and stakeholders with guidance, technical assistance, and responses to learning and operational questions.

I facilitated workshops, tutorials, and presentations for groups of up to 40 participants, and developed learning materials and digital resources.

At Garuda Airlines, I delivered training and technical support and mentored senior managers, process owners, and team members through projects and professional development.

I also analyzed operational data with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to support evidence-based decisions, and supported Microsoft Teams and Zoom implementation and administration.
