I’m a Human Capital Business and Technology Practice Manager with over 24 years of experience supporting HR executives in the design and execution of Human Capital strategies and investment initiatives. I specialize in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and lead consulting teams on large-scale national and regional projects.

I founded and led an Oracle Cloud HCM Consulting Practice—building and training a high-performing team, driving sales and presales, and running demand-generation initiatives as the market-facing leader. I’ve also directed multi-country Oracle HCM implementations across LATAM, ensuring 100% on-time delivery with zero scope deviations and executive-level reporting to the HR Technology Senior Vice President.
