I’m a Strategy and Operations professional with experience driving strategic execution across fintech and banking organizations. I translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans that improve operational processes and support data-driven decision-making.

In recent roles, I’ve led strategic and operational analyses across core business processes to provide visibility into performance, execution risks, and business priorities. I design governance processes and reporting improvements—including automation initiatives—to strengthen operational scalability and execution consistency.

I also support enterprise planning and transformation by turning business objectives into prioritized initiatives, performance metrics, and execution roadmaps.
