At Nestlé, I advance the regional HR technology roadmap across the Americas, aligning global strategy with business-unit priorities. I work to strengthen system adoption, data governance, workflow automation, and integrations across the region.
At Elementia, I managed HR systems implementations and supported operations across Latin America and the U.S. I implemented regional HR ERP solutions for employee lifecycle processes, including recruiting, compensation, performance management, and learning and development.
At GE, I rolled out a personnel development model for Latin America using Six Sigma. Earlier, at Philip Morris International, I built a global shared services organization supporting approximately 25,000 employees and led a 10-person multicultural team.
