At Alorica (Bank of America) I handle outbound and inbound collection calls to past-due clients, offering qualifying programs and resolving accounts while following direction from leadership. I connect with clients, remain passionate and determined, and prioritize clear communication.

Previously I supported collections and customer service at T-Mobile and developed strong data-entry and computer skills. My background also includes hospitality and food-service roles—valet, line cook, BOH/FOH—which strengthened my teamwork, guest-service focus, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

I have been honored as a participant in the HEB 2020 All-Star Football Game and earned All District Defensive Player recognition; I also served as a high school basketball team manager. I am ready to bring reliability, adaptability, and client-first service to a customer-focused team and continue growing professionally.
