I've led Agile delivery for Harris Computer's electronic health record solution used by hospitals across Canada, supporting two globally distributed software teams. I increased developer velocity from 8 to 15 story points per sprint, reduced carryover by more than 50%, and cut the defect backlog by 65%.

I use SAFe and Scrum to connect Product Owners, Business Analysts, engineers, hospital stakeholders, and executive leaders around delivery commitments, dependencies, and measurable improvement. I've also supported AI tool adoption, applying AI to analytics, documentation, process creation, and Agile metrics automation.

At Kyndryl, I managed concurrent global IT projects valued at approximately $1M to $5M across cloud, AWS infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center, and managed-services environments. I coordinated global teams, vendors, capacity, risks, SLAs, change requests, and executive reporting, including implementation of a disaster recovery process for cloud services.

My experience also includes customer experience programs at Establishment Labs, Agile business analysis at 3M, infrastructure delivery at IBM, and global capacity planning for IBM Cloud Managed Services. I'm focused on helping technology, healthcare, and consulting organizations deliver reliably through transparent planning, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
