At HPE, I lead end-to-end delivery of complex global, customer-impacting programs from deployment through operational adoption, generating more than $980M in revenue while maintaining governance and stakeholder alignment.

I've built a program risk matrix, developed Complex Programs training for junior employees, and supported the Made in Saudi Arabia manufacturing program as systems integration committee SME. I also provided acting team manager coverage, coached team members through priorities and escalations, and presented team metrics and KPIs to a Senior Director.

Earlier at HPE, I created Qlik Sense dashboards and PM playbooks, led CloudLine supply chain standardization, and helped restore more than 90% of backlog during the Houston floods. As a Product Data Analyst, I reduced SKU setup time from one week to one day using Kaizen and supported a Guadalajara-to-Costa Rica operations transition.
