I’m a bilingual technical support and IT coordinator with 15+ years of experience delivering high-impact remote support across the USA and Latam. I bring a first-contact resolution mindset, pairing strong troubleshooting with clear, proactive communication.

In my current role as an IT Coordinator, I coordinate rollouts of new technologies and software platforms, acting as the primary point of contact between internal IT teams, vendors, and end users.
