I am a determined and proactive economics graduate with practical customer service experience and international exposure in China. I combine a solid academic foundation in economics and management with frontline client-facing experience gained at Cnexia.

At Cnexia I provided professional frontline customer support and problem resolution, developing strong communication and adaptability in a service environment. My volunteer work with Rotaract reinforced teamwork, community engagement, and project coordination skills through drives, awareness workshops, and humanitarian trips.

I studied International Business & Economics (Chinese Language Track) at Hubei University of Technology and completed further studies in Economics and Management at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, which strengthened my cross-cultural awareness and language abilities in Chinese, English, French, and Arabic.
