I'm looking for an international HR operations or HRIS role where I can improve Workday processes, support complex employee lifecycle and payroll activities, and help teams build scalable, high-quality HR services.

At Bristol Myers Squibb, I help build, transition and improve HR operations across 24 EMEA/APAC markets, turning country policies and local requirements into reliable employee lifecycle processes.

I manage Workday data and transactions across hires, job changes, leave, terminations, positions and contingent workers. I supported the Workday Time & Absence implementation for 1,600+ employees and partner with HRIT on testing, integrations, troubleshooting and enhancements.

I've transferred knowledge to teams in India and the Netherlands, improved workflows, and worked closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Rewards, HRIT and vendors to resolve complex employee and system issues.
