I’m looking for a technical recruiting role where I can own sourcing strategy, build scalable talent pipelines, and use structured assessments and ATS data to improve time-to-hire, shortlist quality, and candidate experience with strong hiring-manager partnership.

I’m a Technical Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience supporting RPO, EMEA, and global recruitment teams. I focus on sourcing technical and niche roles, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver candidates that meet the real requirements of the role.

In my RPO work supporting Cummins, I’ve used ATS-driven, data-led sourcing to generate 45–60 qualified candidates monthly while consistently meeting EMEA hiring targets for hard-to-fill roles.
