My journey began as a casual worker in a tea processing factory, where I learned the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork.
As I progressed in my career, I took on roles as a security guard, debt collector, and eventually, a collections team leader. In these positions, I have honed my skills in communication, negotiation, persistence, adaptability, customer service, and problem-solving. My most notable achievements include leading a team to achieve a significant reduction in the company's Portfolio at Risk (P.A.R) and expanding the company's geographical footprint beyond Nairobi.
