At Service Credit Union, I support members and internal teams with lien documentation, payoffs, title research, collateral-loan records, and banking transactions. I use Hyland OnBase, DNA, MeridianLink, and Salesforce to organize documentation, maintain compliance, and resolve written, email, and telephone inquiries.

I've also supported children and youth programs through curriculum-based activities, daily scheduling, supply planning, and safe, welcoming classroom environments. As a Business Administration student with an IT concentration and a two-time first-place SkillsUSA marketing winner, I bring customer service, document accuracy, communication, and administrative coordination to mission-focused teams.
