What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a member services or banking role where I can support customers and members through detailed financial analysis, loan processing, customer service, and relationship building.

I’m a dedicated and personable banking professional with a strong background in customer service, member relations and branch operations. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working with people, building lasting relationships, solving problems and helping customers feel confident and taken care of.

My experience includes more than 10 years in credit union branch operations and member services, along with additional experience in financial services. I’m organized, dependable, detail oriented and comfortable learning new systems and technology.

I’m currently looking for a new opportunity in customer service, member services, banking or a similar people focused role where I can use my experience and skills while continuing to grow professionally.
