What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can apply my financial-services, compliance, cash-handling, and problem-solving experience while continuing to grow professionally.

I'm currently serving members at Security Service Federal Credit Union, processing loans, account maintenance, and financial-product paperwork while supporting approximately 50 members daily.

I maintain compliance and confidentiality, balance personal and branch vault cash with 100% accuracy, and conduct recurring branch audits to support proper procedures.

Previously, at Gulf Coast Federal Credit Union, I served members and originated services while cross-serving products. I also led front-of-house operations at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse, coordinating 10–15 employees and accurate daily deposits.

My customer-support background also includes AppleCare, where I handled approximately 50 calls per day and consistently met company metrics, including an 80% issue-resolution rate.
