As a Customer service executive jr. at Bosch México (Aug 24 – Present), I handle order management and tracking to ensure on-time delivery compliance. I manage and resolve issues tied to orders, billing, and logistics, coordinating across teams to keep operational workflows efficient.

I also work directly with SAP for order monitoring and customer status updates, and I support commercial documentation such as purchase orders, invoicing, and credit notes. I perform basic analysis of service KPIs (backorders, deliveries, and claims) to help improve service performance.

Previously, as a Logistics and planning Intern (Aug 23 – Jul 24), I created files for original equipment aftermarket and set up shipping notifications for both international and domestic suppliers. I contributed to inventory and back-order payment database tasks, strengthening my ability to handle details accurately and adapt quickly.
