What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead strategic growth as an executive in a role that blends general management, HR and finance oversight, and data-driven decision-making—partnering with stakeholders to deliver programmes, transformation, and measurable results.

I am a multidisciplinary management professional with an MBA in General Management and a strong academic foundation, currently pursuing a PhD in Management. I bring over a decade of applied leadership experience across business, human resources, finance, research and data, and organisational development.

As Chief Executive Officer of De-Izyx Integrated Global Service Ltd, I directed overall organisational strategy, financial planning, and business development across agriculture, importation, and exportation. I designed and implemented HR management frameworks, led end-to-end programme planning and reporting, and oversaw budgeting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

I also led organisational transformation initiatives by embedding new systems, processes, and governance structures across the enterprise. In my role as President of Regina Caeli Old Students Association, I provided strategic institutional leadership, governance oversight, and financial management, while coordinating capacity-building programmes and community development initiatives across six states.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Database Analyst, managing organisational financial data systems and strengthening data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and institutional reporting timelines. I remain highly adaptable and analytically rigorous, and I continue to apply my research focus—on online impulse buying behavior—to make decisions grounded in evidence.
