What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead research and innovation in business management, mentor doctoral and master’s candidates, and deliver funded, publication-ready work that improves organizations through sustainable, evidence-based strategies.

I’m an Associate Professor at Universiti Utara Malaysia, with additional responsibility as Deputy Dean Research & Innovation in the School of Business Management. I focus my work on business and management research that turns into real-world value—especially through funded projects and publishable, evidence-driven outcomes.

My research has built a consistent theme around strategic management and sustainability, including Green Human Resource Management Practices and their links to Environmental Performance and related organizational behaviors. I’ve also published across service innovation, social entrepreneurship, cooperative performance, digital and technology-driven learning, and supply chain performance—often using rigorous, quantitative approaches such as PLS-based modeling.

Beyond research, I actively lead and manage research funding initiatives, earn competitive grants, and contribute to institutional development through research supervision. I’ve completed PhD supervision and currently supervise additional PhD and Master of Science (Management) candidates, while supporting innovation through teaching and learning recognition and industry-facing projects that strengthen business processes.
