What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can drive operations and strategic procurement while strengthening corporate governance and stakeholder alignment, and I want the room to grow into research-informed strategic management through my PhD pathway.

I’m an executive director with more than 15 years of experience in management, procurement, project coordination, marine operations, and corporate leadership. I lead company operations, strategic planning, and organizational management—owning administration, finance, operations, and business development.

My procurement background includes managing offshore support vessel and marine project procurement operations, from supplier sourcing and contract negotiations to inventory planning. I also coordinate vessel repair and dry-docking projects in Batam, Indonesia, partnering with stakeholders, government agencies, and partners to keep outcomes on track.

I’ve built teams and improved operational performance by supervising staff and monitoring key activities with a practical, leadership-driven approach. In earlier roles, I handled tender management, vendor coordination, contract administration, and procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for project delivery.

Now, I’m seeking admission into a PhD program to further contribute to research, strategic management practices, and academic development. My professional ethos is simple: align strategy with execution, strengthen governance, and grow organizations through disciplined leadership and continuous improvement.
