I seek a stable, growth-oriented role in a team-focused company where I can apply my customer-service, debt recovery, administration, and driving experience while working safely and developing professionally.

I hold qualifications in Electrical Engineering N3, Debt Recovery (NQF Level 4), and Contact Centre Operations (NQF Level 2). I am a dedicated, results-driven professional known for exceptional organizational skills, high motivation, and a strong work ethic.

Since 2018 I have worked as a ride-hailing driver for app-based platforms, responsible for safe passenger transport, vehicle maintenance, record keeping, and providing a clean, professional service. Earlier roles include debt collector and tracing agent, legal consultant, and head-office administrator across finance and education sectors.

In collections roles I managed accounts, traced and reactivated delinquent accounts, handled inbound and outbound calls, and used the C3 system to arrange payments and resolve queries. In administration I supported multi-branch operations, managed qualification and certificate processing, assisted with registrations, and resolved student and client enquiries.
