I seek a hands-on technical support role where I can resolve connectivity issues, support clients, and grow into software engineering or cybersecurity within a collaborative team.

I am an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience installing fibre broadband, configuring Wi‑Fi, and providing client-facing technical support. I have worked on logistics and inventory systems, managed troubleshooting for connectivity issues, and supported day-to-day IT operations to keep teams productive.

My background includes internships supporting clerical and technical tasks at CSIR, and practical experience delivering onboarding and setup guidance for residential and business clients at Telecel. I am currently advancing my expertise in Software Engineering and Cybersecurity through formal study and hands-on practice.

I bring strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites, and experience with cybersecurity tools and digital tools administration. I look to join a team where I can apply my technical support strengths while growing into software engineering or cybersecurity roles.
